Mindsetx LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates a health, wellness and personal development app, along with an associated website at https://mindsetx.health   (the "Website").

This CCPA Privacy Notice applies solely to California residents ("consumers" or "you") and supplements our general Privacy Policy. It is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

The Protocol is fully decentralized and non-custodial. Core interactions occur directly on public blockchains via self-custodied wallets and do not require or collect traditional personal information.

We do **not** collect:

- Sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, biometric data, race, health, or similar).

- Personal information from children under 16.

Sources: Directly from you (e.g., wallet connections, communications), automatically via Website interactions (logs/cookies), or from public blockchain data.

Business/Commercial Purposes: Operating the Services, providing dashboards, detecting abuse (e.g., wash-trading), analytics (anonymized), support responses, and compliance (e.g., sanctions screening via third-party tools like Chainalysis).

In the preceding 12 months, we have **not sold** personal information and do not sell personal information.

- **Right to Non-Discrimination**: We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights (e.g., no denial of Services or different pricing).
