This Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy (the "Policy") outlines our zero-tolerance approach and the steps we take to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, and similar international standards.

Blueliquid is a technology-focused entity developing and maintaining a decentralized protocol on Solana and other blockchains. Our operations are primarily digital and remote, involving a small team of skilled professionals in software development, treasury management, and compliance.
We have minimal physical supply chains, with services mainly sourced from:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Professional services (e.g., legal, auditing, and development tools).
### 3. Risk Assessment
We regularly assess risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. Given the nature of our business—predominantly remote, knowledge-based work in the technology sector—we consider the inherent risk to be low. However, we remain vigilant, particularly in relation to:

- Any future expansion involving physical goods or outsourced labor.

To mitigate risks, we implement the following measures:
